Budget-friendly and my barber sees the difference

At $25/month, Folexin is way cheaper than Nutrafol or Hims. The saw palmetto and biotin combination seems to be working — my barber noticed less thinning at the crown after about 4 months. The individual ingredients have research behind them even if this specific formula doesn't have clinical trials. For the price, I'm happy to keep taking it.

Two bottles in — hair and nails both improved

After going through two bottles, I noticed hair growth on my head and faster nail growth too. The combination of biotin, saw palmetto, and B-vitamins seems well-balanced. No side effects at all. Results came gradually after about the 6-week mark. At this price point, it's worth trying before committing to expensive prescription treatments.

Research the Fo-Ti ingredient before buying

Some reduction in shedding after 3 months but nothing dramatic. What concerned me was learning that Fo-Ti (He Shou Wu) has documented cases of liver toxicity in medical literature. My doctor wasn't thrilled when I mentioned it. I stopped and switched to a simpler biotin + saw palmetto combo without Fo-Ti. The product might work, but do your research on that ingredient.
