Truly USDA Organic — and it actually works
Most "natural" supplements aren't truly certified organic. This one has USDA Organic with plant-based biotin from real food sources. Nails improved after about 10 weeks — stronger, less peeling. Hair is harder to judge but feels healthier. The astaxanthin for skin is a nice bonus. Only 2 tablets daily and they're gentle on an empty stomach. Worth it for organic.
brittle nailsExtreme shedding stopped within weeks
After struggling with extreme hair shedding and trying three other supplements, this was the one that actually stopped it. My hair grew 1.5 inches in 8 weeks after being cut to chin length. I trust Garden of Life's quality — NSF certified, non-GMO verified, and truly vegan. The whole-food fermented ingredients are easier on my sensitive stomach than synthetic vitamins.
hair lossWorked great at first then plateaued
First 2 months were amazing — nails looked incredible, long and strong. Then around month 3-4, the results seemed to plateau and my nails went back to being average. Maybe my body adjusted? I finished the bottle but decided to try switching to something with MSM instead. Good quality product, just didn't maintain the initial wow factor for me.
