Toenails grew out perfectly after 2 months
Applied twice daily to both affected toenails for 2 months straight. The new nail growing in from the base is perfectly clear — the first healthy-looking growth I've seen in years. Still clipping away the damaged portion as it grows out. The oil absorbs quickly and doesn't stain socks. Key is consistency — I set phone reminders to never miss an application.
fungusHelped a little but needed prescription to actually clear it
Used it religiously for 3 months on my big toenail. Discoloration lightened slightly and the nail seemed less crumbly. But the fungus didn't fully clear. My podiatrist said topical oils rarely penetrate the nail enough to kill deep fungus. Ended up needing oral terbinafine which actually worked. Kerassentials might help early-stage cases, but moderate fungus needs medical treatment.
fungusWatch out for counterfeits on Amazon
First bottle I received had completely different ingredients than what's listed on the official site. The liquid was yellow instead of clear and came with a brush instead of a dropper. Clearly counterfeit. Second order from an authorized seller was the real deal — clear oil, proper dropper. After 6 weeks the nail looks marginally better. Make sure you're getting the authentic product.
