Nails are actually hard now — shocked at this price

Didn't expect much from an $11 supplement. After 3 months, my nails are noticeably stronger, hair seems slightly thicker, and my skin is clearer. My mom tried them too and her nails grew better than they had in years. Not a miracle product, but for the price, it's genuinely effective. I recommend this to everyone who can't justify $79/month brands.

Hair thickened before I finished the first bottle

Started noticing less hair in my brush within weeks. By the time I finished my first bottle, my hair felt noticeably thicker. My nails got hard enough to actually grow without breaking. At this price point, I'm buying them for the whole family. My daughter is having the same results. Sometimes the best products aren't the most expensive ones.

Nails improved but face broke out badly

After 2 weeks my face exploded in red itchy bumps and painful acne — over 50% of my face. Stopped immediately and it took a month to clear up. My doctor said some people react to the biotin dose. My nails were starting to get stronger though, which is frustrating. If you're acne-prone, start with half the dose and see how your skin reacts first.
