USP verified — the gold standard for postpartum
After my second baby, the hair shedding was devastating — handfuls every shower. My OB recommended Ritual because it's USP verified. The delayed-release capsules don't upset my stomach like other prenatals did. At 4 months postpartum, shedding has slowed significantly. I love that I can see exactly where every ingredient is sourced. The mint scent makes them pleasant.
postpartumPills are small and easy — taste is another story
The capsules aren't too big which is great since you take 2 daily. They're much smaller than other prenatals I tried. The nutrient content is excellent — Omega-3 DHA, choline, everything you need for breastfeeding. My only issue is the taste — like a peppermint-flavored sardine if you don't swallow fast enough. Fishy burps are real. But worth it for the quality.
postpartumClean label I trust while breastfeeding
When you're nursing, you scrutinize everything you put in your body. Ritual's transparency about sourcing gave me confidence. Vegan, sugar-free, no artificial anything. My postpartum shedding slowed down around month 3. Energy levels improved noticeably from the B12 and iron. Worth the subscription price for peace of mind during such a vulnerable time.
